Leadership Class 2026 Week 7

Pastor Jonah teaches from the Calvary Chapel Distinctives on the two blessings of the Holy Spirit. He guides us through the actions and teaching of Jesus concerning the Holy Spirit in the gospels followed by several accounts within the book of Acts which prove that all Christians first receive the indwelling of the Holy Spirit when they are saved. Then the gift of the empowering of the of the Holy Spirit is a second blessing which all Christians can receive through prayer and the laying on of hands. This second blessing provided the apostles in the accounts of Acts and Christians today with the ability to "do in the power of the Spirit what you cannot do in the flesh".
