Act 16:27-40

After an earthquake opens the prison doors, the jailer prepares to take his life, thinking the prisoners have escaped. Paul stops him and shares the message of salvation. The jailer and his household believe in Jesus and are baptized. The next day, Paul and Silas are released, but Paul insists that the authorities publicly acknowledge their wrongful treatment. They encourage the believers before leaving.
